Megascores Refund Policy

At Megascores, we aim to deliver the best user experience. However, due to the nature of our platform involving real-time fantasy contests and digital transactions, we follow a strict no refund policy once a transaction is confirmed.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable:

• If you join a contest and then change your mind.
• If your team is auto-joined due to pre-set preferences.
• If you fail to make changes to your team before the contest deadline.
• If you face network issues or disconnections during live contests.

Exceptions:

In rare situations, such as unintentional duplicate payments or technical failures on our part, we may review and issue a refund after proper investigation.

Any refunds approved (if applicable) will be credited back to your Megascores Wallet within 5–7 business days. No cash refunds or bank refunds will be processed unless mandated by applicable law.
